Responsible for all Mavin partnerships and ventures, Yuri is an entrepreneur at heart. Who is also passionately driven by impact and sustainable change. The past few years, he’s been drawn towards the food and beverages industry, and trying to create conscious awareness and alternatives towards this unsustainable system.

Responsible for all creative content issues. A passion for aesthetic design and bringing people together. Working as a creative was no surprise: He was spoon-fed design by his father. A love for typography, colour and composition sprouted from his early days in the graffiti world. Now he uses his strongest weapon - a creative mind – to turn challenges into good opportunities.

A visionary and strategic powerhouse who stood at the cradle of the Mavin philosophy. After years of working in media and advertising, there was a great need to do things differently. As the father of twins, this wish became more and more prominent.

We do this by collaborating with innovative, sustainable, and social companies or by bringing our own products and services to the market. Solving a social problem is always at the heart of our work.
How we work.
Mavin believes in an entrepreneurial approach. That is why we work in business-teams, our so-called M-pods. Each M-pod consists at least of a Mavin consultant and a representative of the client who is able to make decisions. The team works on-site with the client.
We create the best entrepreneurial M-pod for the challenge. Each team is responsible for the business objectives of their clients.

In the discovery phase, we look for strategic insights. We analyze the challenges and determine the objectives.
What are the conditions and what resources do we need? What does the customer journey look like? What data is available and what can we learn from it?
Based on the insights obtained, we provide a solid foundation through a clear strategy document. We put together a briefing, budget plan, planning and put together a team of experts.

During the ‘compose’ phase, we make a detailed plan based on the acquired insights. Depending on the form of the project, we test the strategy by means of concepts, prototypes, functional designs, storyboards, or wireframes.
After testing and approval, a detailed budget plan follows.

The actual execution starts in the production phase. Design, copywriting, coding, media buying, whatever is needed, we take care of it.

We constantly monitor and optimize. Every month we share a report with data and statistics and make adjustments where necessary.
