After you have sent us your personal CV, we would like to get to know you. During this meeting, we are curious about your background, motivations and talents. In addition to your knowledge and skills, our personal match is central.
Step 2 - Assessment.
In this phase we are curious about your substantive knowledge and collaboration skills. For this, we use an assessment. We will present you with a problem from practice.
Step 3. - Join.
After successfully carrying out the assessment, we will consult with you to find the right project and team where your talents are best utilised.
